I placed my order from abroad. Do I have to pay duty?

Yes. HTE will only collect shipping fees. Customers themselves are responsible for paying duties, which vary from country to country.

I lost my HotHouse?warranty card. Can you mail me another one?

All information about your purchase is recorded in our computer system. The one-year warranty will be in effect from the date of purchase. Sending us the card is not necessary.

Does the Chi Machine have an extended warranty?

All Chi Machines have a standard 2 year warranty, with options for an extended warranty up to 5 years at a very low price. The Chi Machine?and all HTE products also come with a Lifetime labor warranty as well.
